Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 48 hours before midnight on the arrival date. For cancellations made within 48 hours of midnight on the arrival date, a penalty equal to the full cost of the stay will be charged.

The following dates are an exception, during which free cancellation is permitted up to 7 days before midnight on the arrival date. After the 7-day deadline, the full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation.

Non-refundable bookings are also excluded from the above cancellation policy.

The hostel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation by carrying out a pre-authorisation.
